The Grace of God  — Kash Elijah

Saints,

The grace of God teaches us how to live in freedom in this world. The Bible tells us in Titus 2:11-12 11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age. You see, we must allow the Spirit of God to correct us and whenever He points out a mistake we’re making or speaks to us about something we’re doing that is grieving Him, we must not get mad about it. But rather we should be glad because it is the grace of God teaching us something to make our life better.

If anyone wants to grow strong is such grace, then the only way one can achieve this is by spending every day in prayer and be willing to allow the Spirit of God to counsel and instruct about the things in your life whether big or small. So, every morning of your life spend time praying in the spirit, talking to the Father and reminding yourself that the Holy Spirit is inside you, constantly teaching and guiding you. Become strong in the grace of God.

Saints, tests and trials will come your way in this life. Don’t put down your shield of faith. Instead, when the enemy puts pressure on you, get more aggressive with your faith than ever. Do not get disheartened and stop praying but instead SPEND MORE TIME IN PRAYER AND IN THE WORD OF GOD. Speak twice as many words of victory!

When hardship comes, endure it. STAND ON YOUR FAITH. And refuse to let the devil talk you out of believing God’s Word. But all too often we allow ourselves to become tangled in the temporary affairs of this world instead. We allow those entanglements to drag us into defeat.

Before you consider taking on any new activity, always ask yourself, “Can I afford it?” Not can I afford it financially, but can I afford it spiritually? Can I give time to this activity and still keep my priority time with God? If not, then the answer is simple, “I can’t afford it”.

The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 17 pray without ceasing. There’s only one thing you absolutely can’t afford to do without and that’s your time spent in prayer and in the Word of God. It is your very life. It is where your victory lies. You may forget that, but Satan never does. He’ll constantly be sending time-stealers your way. So be alert and don’t get entangled in them. Make the time you spend with God your first priority every day and continue to pray without ceasing and by placing your trust upon the Lord. And always remember, we serve a mighty God who hears and answers prayer.

Let’s make a confession together…

“My God is mighty and He hears and answers prayer. Thank you Lord, that no matter what may come my way, I am victorious. I’m excelling in the grace of God. I will continue to pray without ceasing. All time wastage has stopped. I’m renewed and moving forward by the power of the Holy Spirit. I will conquer every mountain that I may face by the power of His mighty name. I am the head and not the tail. I shall declare your goodness. I am a winner in all that I do. I think victory and I get victory in the name of Jesus, Amen!”
